Georgia Lawyer Claire Debra Lim
Claire Debra Lim is a lawyer who practices in the following areas of law: commercial real estate transactions, banking litigation, and bankruptcy. She also speaks Korean and is currently a member of the Korean-American legal and business associations. Claire has represented developers, purchasers, and banks in the procurement and development of residential sub-divisions, commercial shopping outlets, and other businesses.
In her bankruptcy practice, Claire has successfully filed and discharged both business and personal debtor cases and also handles adversary proceedings on behalf of creditors. She is allowed to practice law in all Georgia courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Before joining her current practice with Joseph, Claire was an associate with the Atlanta firm of Morris, Manning & Martin. Claire is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York. She is committed to doing pro bono work on behalf of Gwinnett Legal Aid and offers her expertise to advise professional organizations in the Korean-American community.
