Georgia Divorce Lawyer Joseph Anthony Zdrilich
Joseph A. Zdrilich founded his practice in 2007 with a focus on divorce and family law cases. Additionally, The Zdrilich Law Group handles a substantial number of personal injury cases as well as trucking and auto cases and other criminal offenses.
Joseph is a graduate of the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia and Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York. He became a licensed member of the State Bar of Georgia in 2006. Joseph is admitted to practice law in all of the state courts of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in several federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Joseph is an active member of the legal community, both on the local and state levels. He has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and is currently President of the Gwinnett County Bar Association. Additionally, Joseph has served on the Activities Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. He is a member of the Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA). Joseph is also a member of the Lawrenceville Kiwanis club.
During his career, Joseph has successfully tried numerous cases in both bench and jury trials, including divorces, child custody cases, child support modifications, alimony modifications, contempt proceedings, as well as personal injury actions and a variety of criminal cases. Joseph has published several articles in the newsletter for the Gwinnett County Bar Association, which is circulated among lawyers throughout the county. He also accepts a number of case referrals from Gwinnett Legal Aid on a pro bono basis.
